Matt founded Hanley Financial Services LLC (now NTX Advisory Group) and has been serving clients in tax preparation, planning, and accounting for over 20 years. He leads with a deep commitment to helping individuals and business owners navigate complex tax issues with clarity and precision. Originally from the Denison area, Matt enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, and attending comedy shows when he's not serving clients.

Ali joined NTX Advisory Group, bringing more than 20 years of experience in accounting, tax strategy, and operational efficiency. He excels in back-office process design, workflow optimization, and building systems that help the team deliver faster, high-quality service. After supporting small businesses in his free time, Ali transitioned fully into helping entrepreneurs, families, and local businesses. Outside of work, he enjoys traveling and spending time with his family.

Yuzhu (Kathy) joined Hanley Financial Services LLC (now NTX Advisory Group) in October 2024 as a Tax Manager, bringing more than 20 years of experience in tax compliance, reporting, and advisory services across public accounting and industry. Originally from China, she spent 18 years in academia as an Associate Professor of Accounting and a visiting professor at the University of Texas at Dallas. Outside of work, Kathy enjoys reading, exercising, attending concerts, and spending time with her family, especially her son.

Elizabeta joined NTX Advising & Accounting as a seasonal customer service representative and advanced to Office Coordinator before becoming a Staff Accountant, bringing nearly four years of experience at the firm. Originally from North Macedonia, she spent seven years in Afghanistan supporting the U.S. military and NATO as a logistics contractor, which strengthened her adaptability and resilience. Outside of work, Elizabeta enjoys exploring new cultures, spending time with her husband and daughter, and appreciating small-town life in Bells, Texas.

Michelle was raised in Durant, Oklahoma, and brings over 30 years of experience in bookkeeping, primarily in the newspaper industry. She has spent decades helping organizations stay organized and financially on track, combining expertise with a dedication to accuracy and reliability. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family and church family, cheering on her two boys and granddaughter, and relaxing with her dog, Cookie. She also loves listening to music, attending live concerts, and enjoying the outdoors by the water.

Kristina joined NTX Advisory Group with 20 years of experience in client relationships, marketing, nonprofit organizations, and small business environments. She supports both client experience and IT operations, helping ensure efficient processes and a positive experience for clients and team members alike. Her background includes extensive involvement in large-scale event planning and community-focused initiatives. Outside of work, Kristina enjoys reading, traveling, attending concerts, and spending time with her friends and family.

Kerynn is the founder and lead accountant of InstAccounting and serves as a Senior Staff Accountant at NTX Advisory Group, continuing to collaborate closely with the firm while running her own business. She brings over five years of experience in accounting and tax, supporting business owners across a variety of industries with accurate, strategic, and full-scope accounting solutions. Based in Denison, Texas, Kerynn enjoys spending time with her family and raising Great Danes, balancing her professional expertise with a love for her home, community, and animals.
