NTX Advisory Group was originally founded by Steve Ramsey (retired) in 1987. Today, our firm is led by a CPA team focused on tax planning, accounting, and year-round advisory for individuals and small businesses.
Over the decades, we saw a gap: our clients needed more than someone to file their taxes once a year. They needed a partner who could help them understand their numbers, plan ahead, and make better decisions throughout the year.

Matt Hanley, CPA Takes the Lead
Matt Hanley acquired the practice and continued its legacy of personalized service, expanding the client base and deepening the firm's tax planning capabilities.
Expanded Team & Advisory Services
Ali Saqib joined as Partner, and the team grew to include specialized professionals in tax, bookkeeping, and technology operations.
Became NTX Advisory Group
Rebranded to reflect the firm's growth, expanded team, and broader advisory focus, while maintaining the personalized service clients have relied on since 1987.
